WHO WE ARE

Dooley Social Studio is a Cincinnati-based, full-stack social media agency led by twins, Keri and Matthew. We specialize in helping relational brands amplify their impact online by partnering with them on everything from strategic consulting and original content creation to media buying and community management. Our clients are brands that care deeply about their people, and our mission is simple: we take what you already do well and bring it to life online so that more people know about it. Some of the brands we’re proud to work with include Joico, The Christ Hospital, Tire Discounters, and Gold Star.

Perks include extended paid maternity leave, a profit-sharing model, and regular recognition for outstanding work. The collaborative culture is driven by six core values, including embracing hope, and the team is passionate about innovation and building lasting client relationships. WHO YOU ARE

We're seeking a part-time Community Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an independent, "natural born connector" who enjoys actively engaging on social media and has experience with social media content creation. You understand that community management is more than just managing a community—it's about advocating for a brand online and forming meaningful relationships through ongoing engagement and a consistent tone of voice.

He or she is a true team player who is proactive, has a positive attitude, is super curious, and meets the following requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management

  • Solid understanding of each platform's best practices for engagement and follower growth

  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills

  • Ability to work quickly and independently

  • Experience working directly with complex client requirements and demanding deadlines

  • Positive attitude with the know-how for directing conversations to appropriate parties

  • Motivated to spread positive word of mouth for each client in any way possible

  • Availability to post/respond at various times throughout the day

  • Demonstrated interest and ability to analyze data and present insights

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to catch errors

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Part-Time Community Manager, you'll be responsible for fostering and growing our clients' online communities. Here's what your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our clients' inbound communication: responding to incoming posts, comments, messages, and reviews

  • Growing our clients' online presence through outbound communication: going off 'turf' and joining related conversations and communities, building a following, engaging micro-influencers, and encouraging user-generated content (UGC)

  • Live-posting during events: managing our clients' social media during large events such as conferences and speaking engagements

  • Keeping your "nose to the ground", monitoring all online activity and mentions

  • Identifying opportunities to capitalize on positive PR, and reacting quickly and appropriately when negativity arises or during moments of crisis

  • Analyzing social media data and presenting insights to the team and clients

  • Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all client interactions

  • Collaborating with the content creation and strategy teams to ensure a cohesive social media presence for clients

WHAT WE PROVIDE

As a part-time employee at Dooley, you will have the ability to work for an award-winning studio in a fast-paced industry, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.

You will also benefit from:

  • Competitive pay

  • Flexible schedule

  • Autonomy

  • Experience working with a growing agency and great clients

  • Learning & development opportunities
