LinkedIn Posts Can Now Be Scheduled Directly in the App

Rolling out now! You will soon be able to schedule a post to publish at a later time/date directly on LinkedIn.

News outlets like TechCrunch and Social Media Today shared screenshots of the new feature, which will (finally) allow users to publish posts ahead of time without relying on third-party tools. Once you click the icon, you’ll see the options shown below:

This feature will be available for Groups, Company Pages, and other types of content “in the near future.”
Why it Matters
This is a feature common on most social media platforms. So this brings LinkedIn more up-to-speed with what we’ve come to expect.
Hopefully, this will especially help out users who use LinkedIn without the aid of third-party tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
