Job Title: Sr. Social Media Buyer
Reports to: Associate Director, Paid Social
Location: Cincinnati, OH (open to remote candidates)
Start Date: ASAP

The ideal candidate for this position has deep interest and experience across paid social: planning, buying and optimizing.
He or she is a true team player who is proactive, has a positive attitude, and meets the following requirements:
2-3 years of experience in social planning, buying, and optimizing media across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial
Extremely organized, adept note taker
Excellence in translating data into actionable insights
Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
Communicates effectively with many different personality types
Proven ability to develop tests, track performance, and understand when enough data has been collected to make a determination
Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
As a Sr. Social Media Buyer, you will work directly with our Associate Director, Paid Social to execute our clients’ paid media plans, ensuring the campaigns run smoothly and scout for opportunities to improve results.
The role is part buying, part analyzing/reporting and will include the following:
Set up and launch paid social accounts and campaigns across select clients and platforms
Aggregate and analyze paid social data to inform hypotheses, testing/learning plans, and campaign recommendations
Daily monitoring to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and budgets/scopes are maintained
Create client-ready reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables
Perform consumer and competitive research to understand our clients' landscape, target audience behaviors, and KPIs
Serve alongside the growing Paid Social team as a center of excellence on all paid social best practices
Assist in the education of the account team, clients and community on paid social best practices
Develop & maintain relationships with media & platform vendors
Lead and identify areas of opportunity to use new technologies, tools and methods
