Job Title: Director of Analytics
Reports to: COO
Location: Cincinnati, OH

Dooley is a full-service social media studio that helps our clients get attention by being thoughtful about how they give it.

From strategic consulting and original content creation to media buying and community management, we take what you already do well and bring it online so that more people know about it.
The ideal candidate for this position could spend all day looking at - and making sense of - numbers. He or she enjoys being neck-deep in data and trends, delivers with excellence, and is able to communicate clearly with our overall team. We’re seeking someone with analytics experience in social, SEO, CRM, web, and other digital channels.
He or she is a true team player who is proactive, has a positive attitude, is super curious, and meets the following requirements:
8+ years of experience in digital measurement, analytics, and/or data strategy
Hands-on experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
Experience working with large, fast-moving clients
Ability to work independently & balance multiple tasks
Successful track record of leading digital analytics strategy and measurement
Advanced experience driving optimization conversations based on media performance
Advanced knowledge of Google suite, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with Google DataStudio is a plus, but not mandatory
Experience in B2C (Retail) is a plus, but not mandatory
As our Director of Analytics, you’ll work across clients to help us understand our data better and make more informed strategic choices. Here’s what your day-to-day duties might entail:
Leading social media analytics strategy, measurement, and optimization for clients across both paid and organic social media
Overseeing campaign budget & flighting for self-service platforms
Leading analytics visualization and reporting strategy for all social campaigns
Continuously seeking out and using new data sources, technologies, tools, and methods, applying this experience to deliver innovative analytical solutions aligned with client needs
Owning the collection, storing, and interpretation of data across clients
Applying advanced data analytical skills to deep dive into the data and provide data insights to test theories, confirm assumptions, generate recommendations, and measure success
Leading competitive analysis and research for clients across both paid & organic social
Creating and executing digital testing plans that leverage all relevant channels to achieve client goals in partnership with the Associate Director of Paid Social
Owning the development of client-ready reports, presentations, case studies, and other deliverables
Managing client-facing dashboards for accuracy & supporting client reporting needs
Leading client-facing presentations and communications in regard to analytics
Working with large multi-disciplinary teams and other agencies
Leading training sessions for paid team & account managers
