We're Hiring: Paid Social Specialist

PAID SOCIAL SPECIALIST

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social Specialist to manage social media ads for our clients at Dooley Social Studio. Our ideal team member truly enjoys data analysis, loves a precise schedule, and can execute with excellence. They are also a natural hustler; they can move quickly, adapt with changing priorities, and are seeking to grow and learn in the paid media space. Culture fit is also a must as we're a small (but mighty!) team managing over $3MM in paid media spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Dooley team from kickoff to delivery, understanding each client’s overall paid strategy and KPIs

  • Own the launch of paid campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.), including creating the campaigns, building audiences, setting budgets and schedules, and uploading creative

  • Develop reporting dashboards & summarize performance for paid social campaigns on a regular basis

  • Identify valuable campaign insights and optimization opportunities

  • Work closely with the Dooley team to ensure campaigns run smoothly

  • Actively research social media and industry trends and recommend opportunities for optimization

  • Manage tasks with minimal oversight

Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated interest and ability to analyze data and present insights

  • Ability to organize, prioritize and complete activities on time

  • Excellent project management and communications skills

  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to catch errors

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities

  • Goal-oriented and able to work independently in remote environments

  • Skilled in verbal and written communication, problem-solving and workload management

  • Willingness to learn new skills and perfect work; will seek help when needed while suggesting new ways to tackle past business processes

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel)

  • Some experience with Facebook Ads or other social media paid platforms - preferred, but not required

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline preferred and/or equivalent related industry experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, data entry/analysis, project management, etc.
