Meta has taken a bold step in the generative AI race by launching Meta AI, a powerful new tool now available across all of its platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger. Meta AI integrates directly into the search bars of these apps, promising to enhance user interactions and streamline various tasks effortlessly.
According to Mark Zuckerberg, the new tools amount to “the most intelligent AI assistant that you can freely use.”
Meta AI is built on Meta’s advanced Llama 3 model.
The tool can be accessed in a few areas:
The search bars of Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger
Within the news feeds
During chats
