Dooley Social Studio is actively looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to join our team. This person is a strong relationship-builder who listens well and takes action. He or she is primarily responsible for ongoing development and implementation of our clients’ unique social media strategies.
Lead and support key client accounts
Manage each client’s scope of work to ensure services are delivered according to set expectations
Work with our Creative Director and external creative resources to plan, develop and execute campaigns and content across channels
Collaborate with our Community Managers to build and grow an online community around our client brands
Manage the distribution of client content, from paid media to micro-influencer marketing
Produce regular and ad hoc reports based on established KPIs for each client
Identify growth opportunities
Identify opportunities to expand the scope of client social campaigns and engagement
Assist in the refinement of Dooley’s service offerings and pricing
Assist in identifying solutions to enhance internal processes and organization
Create and drive industry best practices
Lead training sessions and workshops for both employees and clients related to evolving social media tools and methods
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and other information beneficial to clients and colleagues and report both verbally and in writing
Advance Dooley’s credibility and reputation
Demonstrate Dooley’s industry leadership by sharing knowledge via online and offline channels, such as speaking or writing.
Education in a relevant degree, or with demonstrable experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with servicing clients, demonstrating strong communication and project management skills
Passion for all things social media and a desire to work in the space
Knowledge of the primary social media channels and how they best work together to support specific strategies.
Experience producing digital content, including photography and video.
Knowledge of social media analytical tools and how to use these to produce insightful reports.

Dooley Social Studio, a boutique social media studio in Cincinnati OH, is looking for an in-house Creative Director to own the creative vision and execution across our growing client roster.
The Creative Director will collaborate with our CEO and Creative Services Director to make sure our client brands’ strategy and ethos are delivered across all creative executions, including storytelling, photography, video, graphic and motion design, and copywriting.
We’re seeking a candidate who is savvy in creative design and direction – someone who’s adept at developing and translating creative concepts into cutting-edge, visually stunning social media content.
Strategy and Creative
Conceive, craft, and execute best-in-class creative and content ideas on time, on-brand, and on strategy.
Manage, motivate, and creatively direct our external creative resources, developing and executing the most premium creative and content to accomplish business objectives.
Design & Execution
Oversee creative resources to ensure consistent and beautiful visual storytelling across social media channels.
Drive best practices across all creative including, design, illustration, animation, motion graphics and copywriting.
Develop and produce social media marketing campaigns, content, and other promotional materials.
Management
Identify and manage a network of external creative and content partners for freelance projects as needed.
Lead creative meetings with clients and internal account team in order to align on creative direction
Work closely with the executive team to ensure deliverables are in line with client goals.
Leadership
Relentlessly develop and enhance your creative directing, management and leadership skills.
Proudly fly the Dooley Social flag by positively promoting the brand name during external conversations and social platforms.
Inspire and build with other creatives on the team by continually surveying and discussing art and cultural trends and happenings and by delivering amazing work.
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in graphic design or multimedia
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, digital art and layout
Experience in creating content for all major social media platforms
A portfolio demonstrating exceptional and highly creative graphic design abilities
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Ability to work with a small team and accomplish jobs quickly
Extraordinary attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free work
Ability to organize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and turn projects around quickly to meet tight deadlines
Ability to anticipate and stay abreast of graphic design trends
